This sweet, well-rounded coffee comes to us from the Beneficio Palmichal farm in Costa Rica. Its founder Manuel Rojas Arias is called the pioneer of coffee farming in the mountain region of Palmichal, and his legacy has produced high-quality, high-grown coffee since the farm’s first harvest in 1933. The washed coffee is known for its unique acidity. When drinking this coffee, you are met with the crisp bite of a green apple followed by a nutty sweetness resembling that if peanut brittle to round it out. This coffee is an excellent choice for those who are just starting their single origin coffee journey, as well as those life long coffee drinkers. Its balance of flavor makes it an overall great cup of coffee.
